Subara Impreza WRX STi

Today I finished the Subaru Impreza STi from Tamiya.

I only lowered it, and added some Aoshima Enkei GTC-01 wheels on it. Paint is Zero Paints '' Blue Antracite'' by Volkswagen. Clearcoated with Zero 2K.

I really love this model. It's great fun to build, cause it's a very nice Tamiya kit and it fits very good. The color on this model is also a favorite for me. Combined with the wheels this is a nice combo I think.

The Hobby Design photoetch set I used was also great. It fits very good, and was really worth the money. (about 5 euro)

Excellent outcome. I would never believe that the colour is "blue anthracite" from the indoor photos. Great paint though!

That's a very nice model ! Wheels are very nice, also the inside is terrific.
I like how you bring life in your models adding carpets etc, Brilliant work.
But if I could dare a suggestion, this Sub really misses its wing !

A spoiler on a Impreza is very nice, but the kit spoiler doesn't look cool in my opinion. If there must be a spoiler on this one, I would chose for a original rally version But I like it also wingless

Excellent, clean appearance, great color

I prefer it wingless. STI's look so much better to me with either no wing, or just a small lip spoiler. A best friend has an STI and I'm almost embarrassed when I drive it
