Sqealing belt; 2nd Generation

Sandy decided to celebrate her 16th birthday early by developing a squealing belt and I mean squealing. Not loud enough to hurt your ears, but definitely louder than a conversation.

1995 Plymouth Voyager 3 Litre V6.
1 belt operates the timing and the water pump. One belt operates the alternator and power steering pump. Do not know what the fan runs off and pretty sure the above information is accurate. The air conditioning belt has been removed for years.

I think I found the belt which appears fine with no cracks or other issues. The squealing increases with the Revolutions Per Minute of the engine.
