what should i look for ??!!

Hey im currently in the market for a S2000 ..im looking for the range of 00-03 (a year w/ the 2.0). I have the love for mopars but have always wanted a s2k. what should i look for or watch out for as far as under the hood when shopping around? i know mileage plays a big factor but any details would be helpful. Thanks !
