1/24 Starion Group B
So many awesome threads on af lately, and the recent group b builds really pushed me over the edge and I just had to start this one:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Base is a Fujimi Group A Starion, I've always knew the kit was around and always wondered why there wasn't a trans kit for it; turns out the kit's pretty rubbish besides the body. Long term plan is to eventually do an early version of the car and a late version of the car. I'll be doing the late version first. Chassis will be scratch built, and I am currently considering opening the hood up. So far I've trimmed the long nose off the road car and added flares to the body. I've removed the rear tail light buckets as there were originally very deep to accommodate lights. The plate area has been widened as well. It's in primer now so I can see what I'm doing to all my body lines and man do they need a lot of work. Wish me luck! I think I'm going to need lots of it for this build. |

Re: 1/24 Starion Group B
Awesome idea! I always contemplated it myself. I've owned several Starions before so I'll definitely be tuned in. For me the must have Starions were the Gullwing version and the Group B car.

Re: 1/24 Starion Group B
Which manufacturer is this group B kit?? I have seen the regular non flared fender kit, but not this one. I own a 1988 Conquest TSI (Starion TSI) - I would love to build a B version - John
