The serpentine belt tensioner?
A socket wrench with the right sockets (not sure off hand what the bolt size is) and a new tensioner should be all you need.

it,s a large torx head. I just thought maybe someone might know the size so I could go buy one. It,s larger than a t47 because thats the largest one I have.

Sorry, I never looked that closely, I just assumed it was a regular bolt.
