any G35 sedans owners with problems??

I'm thinking about getting the G35 sedan
around summer time. After having an awesome test drive, I absolutely fell in love!!!
Do any of you guys have any problems with your G35 so far??

I recently took my new Infinity G-35 to the beach for an overnight stay.
The next moring I had seagull or pelican bird dropping on the hood. I was able to wash the car within an hour. To bad, to late, The bird poop had allready eaten into the clear coat. The Dealer won't cover it, but will "try" to buff it out for $50 to $100 Dollars. I guess I shoudn't drive it where there are birds? This cheesy soft paint can't handle bird droppings for one night. I'm outraged.
