Just wondering

Is there anyway to tweak a D14A1 engine(ya i know its a bad engine). Just wanted to know is there a way to make it a bit better without a turbo.....i am gone swap the engine when i find a better on here. Its hard to find a good engine in Estonia ....any ideas are welcome.

Lightbulb D14A1

I have a honda Crx EE6 with that D14A1 engine and i also could not find any information. I`m not even sure if my car had an engine swap, due to damage or so.

The twin-carb was a 1488 wasn't it? Marked as a D15A. I understand that there was even a 1300cc dingle carb varient, so a 1400 prolly makes it JDM - although I think someone here posted about a 1400 - it might have been one of the Kiwis.

Cheers
