Talking Just registered, Inherited a '97 Bird and saying HELLO!!!

Thought I would introduce myself!! I just...inherited...my hubby's 97 automatic stock Firebird, no thrills as of yet. He has decided its time for him to get an oldy and work it up, and I REFUSE to get rid of our baby. So now, she's all mine and I already have a to-do list!! Be prepared to put up with my questions hehe. I've already learned alot from reading past posts. If you could do one thing to the engine, exhaust, interior, whatever...what would you suggest? I already know whats going to be done to girly up the looks (no worries, no purple fuzzy steering wheels...yet), but would like some opinions. I have yet to lose a race, but ppl around here are starting to modify, and the length is getting closer & closer.
Thanks for letting me take your time!!
