90 century 3.3 wont run need help

this will be a long one but ill tell you what i know and have done
i was driving and the car died like it ran out of gas it will start run for maybe 3 seconds then die at first i thought fuel but it wouldnt run when i was sprying stuff in the intake. i did more messing and had the alternator un hooked(the three wire plug) and it starts and runs plug it in and it dies so i unhooked the b+ wire and it runs with the other plug in i have traced the b+ wire and it is fine so traced the other three and they are all fine too they all have good voltage so i replaced the alternator still does the same thing so i need help

have you tested the fuel pump with a gauge? and is your check engine lite on? if you checked your fuel pump and it's ok i would say mafl sensor or module. one more thing allot of them wont run if you don't hook the hose back up that your taking off to spray into the throttle bodey.

but it really wouldnt be the fuel pump if i can start it and let it run just fine as long as the alternator isnt hooked up would it? no there is no check engine light
one guy told me there might be resistance in the ignition switch so i messed with that and tryed to replace it and it didnt change a thing

It sounds like a possible ECM problem to me. The ECM controls alternator output, and a short in that circuit could cause a backfeed of current that would make the car stall.
