3 beeps and the Trac. Off & ABS lights come one

After doing an engine swap and doing all the research for the re-learns that this vehicle requires the latest issue that I have is, the car was stalling on my wife driving locally to work so I did the research from Blue-Streak and from the threads here about doing the re-learns that this vehicle requires. I did the idle re-learn in park then in gear and then repeated this with the a/c on after installing a new compressor. Blue Streak talks about doing a running re-learn for the crank position and speedometer so we did the running at 55 then coast down to 45 without applying brakes and running there then back up to 55 and back and forth. This seems to have made a difference, but the latest issue it is doing while we were out doing the running re-learn, while in gear shortly after running it gives 3 beeps and the ABS & Trac. Off lights come one. Does anybody have any input for this issue? It is not giving any error codes at all. The service engine light has never come on and when I came in from doing the re-learn I hooked up the OBD II and there are no codes to see or clear. I am little stumped by this one.
Thanks for the help.

First things first... The ABS/Track has more to do with the brake system or wheel hub assembly... So this is another issue aside from the work that you did...

The Relearn... The PCM needs to have the Crank Variation Learn performed so that the PCM will know the true location of the crank...

What year is this car?

Re: 3 beeps and the Trac. Off & ABS lights come one

Thanks for the reply, the car is a 97' PA. I think there may be some connection with the hub adn abs. I had the Right Front Wheel off of course when I did the R & R for access toe the motor mount and underneath that side of the engine, where most everything had to be disconnected and speaking of that, when disconnecting all the harness connections there are a couple of connections that are on that side for the ride snesor etc, just a thought but now that you mention it, there could be some connection there. The engine runs and idles wonderfully and I followed everything for the re-learns that I had found. The biggest issue we have now is when we are coming up to a stop and braking quickly the engine just dies. Starts right back up, but dies. If it has been running a while when we go to re-start it there is a delay as if it is a distribor type engine and it hestates then takes off and starts. I suspect the starter is going bad. Out of the blue it just made the 3 beeps and those two lights came on at the same time, there may be a connection issue under the passenger side of the car that I have missed. Any ideas on the stalling out?
Thanks for you help.

Sounds like a Vacuum Leak or a dirty/bad MAF sensor... Hard to say for certain tho..

You need a scan tool that can do a Crank Variation Learn Sequence, its not just going to learn it by driving... I used a Tuner on my cars and I select Crank Variation Learn.... To do this the engine needs to be at operating temp, in park with the brakes applied, then the tool will prompt you to hit the gas quickly until you hit the rev limiter then let off, it will then tell you if the Learn sequence was successful.. If it is then the Crank Variation Learn Sequence worked...

Thats the general gist of the Crank Variation Learn..

Re: 3 beeps and the Trac. Off & ABS lights come one

Thanks man I appreciate the feedback. When 3100 or one of the others gave some other input a week or so ago, there was a link to BlueStreak and they talked about doing all the relearns while idling, in drive idling and then driving, but it sounds as if you have had more luck with that so I will score a scan tool and do what is necessary. Which tool do you recommend. I would call my skills above novice, I am a system's engineer by trade and have been wrenching for years, but mostly old school stuff?
Thanks again and I will change out the mass air flow sensor.
However, it is the original mas from my original engine and throttle body. we'll see what happens.
