horsepower of a 1990 eclipse awd turbo
my friend has a 1990 eclipse all wheel drive turbo that he says his about 220 hp. now i thought that was pretty high but i wasnt sure because i know turbo adds a lot of hp. is he correct? i cant really trust him because he said 17's came stock on his car and it looks more like 15s to me.

16's stock, maybe 195 hp, but 190 is pretty accurate. Don't let him mod that car though, the number will increase exponentially!

he was probably looking at the 95-99 gsx specs where it says 210 hp, and also prolly hird the 1st gens are stronger than the 2nd gens, so he guesstimated 220 or something. I have a friend that does it all the time. And the only factory 17 on the eclipses come on the 2000's and up i think.

tru tru, from wut I have seen where i live, most the 2nd gen. Eclipse GSXs have 16s, oh and my cuz has the 1st generation Talon/ Eclipse AWD, and it comes with 205 with 210 torque, not sure though?

97-99 AWD came with 17s
all the others had 16s
