PCM Tray?

Just wondering what the PCM tray is. i ordered a Thrasher CAI, but the PCM tray was not included. What is its purpose?

The PCM is located within the OEM airbox. When you install a CAI, you displace it unless the new box has an internal shelf of some sort. Since it is an electonic component, this also helps protect it. My SLP airbox has a tray inside the box that accomodates the PCM. Without it, I think you have to find some way to mount the PCM.

I have not seen a thrasher kit in person, but the pictures I have seen of the kits installed indicate that the PCM was relocated outside the box. I just can't tell where. Hopefully, the kit will come with comprehensive instructions.
