won't start
My 2002 Monte Carlo SS would have spells when it wouldn't start. I had a new ignition put in and still had a problem. I noticed that every time the fuel level was right at 1/4 of a tank. I started keeping my car at least 1/2 full and have never had another problem. I had it towed in twice and ended up being out over $5oo altogether.

Ok, so what is the question? I assume you are asking for a diagnosis. Check the fuel pressure when it won't start also replace the fuel filter if it is old. What is a new ignition?
