Having trouble with windows/cd player

Hi I have glanced over the threads and didnt see anything that was like my problem so ill start a new one.

My car windows and the cd player only work some times..Sometimes the windows wont roll down and make a buzzing noise and the cd player wont eject my cd sometimes..I dont know if maybe this can be caused by a fuse or what? Any help would be great thanks!
