96 2WD Jimmy Radiator

Help! We need to replace the radiator in my 1996 Jimmy, however we've never done it before. We know that the oil, transmission fluid, and water run through the radiator and need tips and help on how to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
