2007 Tahoe dead???

Got a 2007 Tahoe 5.3 that after you leave the key on acc it will not start unless jumped. The wife was cleaning it out today and was listeniong to the radio and it would not start. She jumped it and took it to an interstate batteries dealer and they told her that the battery was perfect and that it might be a silinoid of some type. Any clue as to what would cause this and why is it when the key is turned to acc that the brake light is on when the e-brake is on. Does not turn back but forward one time to get to acc. Any help would be appreciated...

Re: 2007 Tahoe dead???

Okay I just realized that when you turn it to accesories that the parking brake light will come on when the parking brake is pressed down and the gear indicator is on on the dash. Is it a flaw in the ignition on GM's part or is it just on my vehicle that its doing this?

More driver flaw.
On accessories a lot of stuff is on.
When you park it pull key and stick it in your pocket.

A lot of different equipment is that way.
Import stuff more than domestic stuff.
We have a kubota loader tractor that does the same thing.
But I remember back in the 1950's they would run the battery down that way to.
But back then they did not have that many accessories.
