2000 lesabre relays

have a 2000 buick lesabre and the relays under the back seat get hot to touch as obviously do the ones in the engine compartment. Seems like the ignition and fuel pump relays are the first ones to heat up , but they all end of fairly hot. Not enough to burn you but more than warm. Vehicle runs fine. Any ideas or is this normal?
