Venturi 260 Transcup

Anyone knew Venturi also made convertibles? I found out since I saw and filmed a car I didn't know, the front reminded me of the Venturi 400GT. So I started looking for a conv Venturi. It turned out to be the Venturi 260 Transcup I saw. Well if anyone is interested in the video I made of it while passing, contact me. Here's the specs and a pic of the car (one I saw was dark grey):

Engine: V6
Valves p.c.: 2
Disp.: 2849 cc
Max. rev: 5500 RPM
Top speed: 257 KMH
0-100 km: ?

Anyone else saw this?

I saw one Venturi Convertible 260. But it's quite rare, even the other models. The 300 Atlantique is maybe the better Venturi, the nicest to me (pic)

Alas they file into bankruptcy in 2000 but in 2004 there will be a new Venturi (this make has been bought by Gildo Pastor living in Monaco (South of France)), the Venturi Fétich. A little spider as the lotus Elise, the Opel Speedster of the Renault Spider.

We even cannot get it any more in France since Venturi fellt into bankruptcy 3 years ago (2000). But Gildo Pastor, a rich Monegasque (from Monaco ) bought this make and will sell the "Fétish" as 2004. It'll be a competitor for the Lotus Elise, Renault Spider or Opel Speedster. The engines would be the 2.0 180hp of the Peugeot 206 RC and the V6 Alfa Romeo 250 hp of the 147 and 156 GTA... But that's not sure
Habe a look http://www.venturi.fr
