Installing new 6x9s in the rear deck

Has anyone done this yet? I just got some new Infinity 6x9s and I am trying to install them, but I can't get one side of the rear deck carpet to come off. The drivers' side was fairly easy, but I can't figure out how to get the passengers' side loose. If anyone can help me out, PLEASE DO SO! thank you!!
