Need help...
OK, I need some assitance. I am a junior in Highschool and known for being a big car guy... I love any and all classic or muscles. So I am almost positive that I landed the most beautiful date in the whole world, problem is is that I promised to impress her... with what we drove. Now, I don't want to be conventional and rent a limo, so I was hoping that somewhere in the crowd of this forum I might find some assitance. I would like for anyone that would even remotely consider letting me borrow their lambo for a night reply to this message. I know it sounds crazy, but I am a straight A student no record of any kind, no accidents... etc. I am willing to pay quite a lot of money or reutrn some sort of a favor whatever the requirement might be. Please consider and do take me seriously.

Good luck man. If you can get someone to let you borrow their Lambo let me know. I say maybe rent a Vette or something like that. You can probably get your dad to rent on for you for the night. Maybe even a Viper. Good luck.

If you have no experience with any over 300 hp, no matter how responsible you are, your inexperience will prevail and bad things will happen. I consider myself to be a nice guy, but if you asked me to borrow my Lamborghini, unless I could 100% assure myself that it was coming back the way it left, there is no way it's leaving. The simple facts are that people like us shouldn't be allowed to drive these cars unless we've had a good 7-10 years driving experience (which is unattainable at our age) and some experience or training in a car of this magnitude. I really hate to be such an ass and say that there is no way you could get a car liek this, but it's the facts. Unless there's some extremely trusting and generous individual who has managed to stay mated to his/her Lamborghini the chances are nil. I somewhat agree with TexasF355F1's idea of getting a Vette or Viper, but even this is risky. Those are both 400 + hp automobiles, I have sene both in action and they ain't slow and they do bite back if you're too rough. As long as your a stud in the sac, you'll have impressed her more than any Lambo could have.

Yea I wouldn't suggest him driving the Vette or Viper either, but those 2 are easy to acquire from a rental service and thats why I mentioned em.

hey...
First of all I`m a young guy to and I`m into cars like you too, especially Lamborghinis. I do dream of things like surprising my date with a Diablo. Thats would be a great idea. I`m not afraid of hitting it. I`d be driving with around 80 km/h and not higher.
But in the reality I`m not sure that it would be a great idea afterall. Eaven if you (or both of you) fell good at that moment the chances are high that your date won`t turn on. I mean she would feel good because the whole town can see her in a Lambo, NOT because the whole town can see her with you. I suppose you`d like to spent a lot of time (eaven the rest of your life) with her. Impress her with something that makes her proud of you not proud of herself. Good luck... |

If your trying to get a great car just to impress her, its not worth it. Do something special and sweet that comes from your heart. This will when her over more than driving some sweet car.

I'm also a junior and i'm 17 and just so happens i have an uncle who owns a 1897 Countach and i used it to go to the prom this year and my date was not even that impressed!!!! she was like hey cool car!!! i was like are you kiddin its a freakin COUNTACH!!!! lol, Then she said whats that? All I gotta say is just use a normal car and go have fun, and I also agree with the other guy if your good in the sac who cares what car you used on the date lol.

for a prom you should use something like a limo or a town car from lincoln, because not many women really care or know about lamborghinis, but some just can tell they are expensive
