It probably seems disgusting, but I use the "sniff test" for all my clothes. When I go to sleep, I dump my clothes on the floor. When I get up in the morning, I give the clothes a sniff, and if they smell ok I wear them. If I feel like puking after a sniff, then I find something else to wear.

hmmmm.... I have a strange underwear schedule. They usually don't get worn for more than like 7 or 8 hours at a time (
 ), and if they do, I'm really drunk and came home and passed out.... but they're changed at least once a day, lest I get sawed in half.
