97 camaro electric probs

My sons 97 has a lot of electric probs, one of which is the cig lighter quit workin recently. I checked the fuses (under hood and on dash), and wiring to both plug-ins. Has anyone else had this prob? Thanks for any help.

Have you checked for 12V at the plug wiring?
