I have a 1983 Toyota pickup with a 22R engine with 395 thousand miles on it. I hive to replace the front oil seal but I can't get the pulley screw loose. Toyota tells me that it is a right hand thread but I am beginning to wonder, is it? I have tries a 4 ft. cheater pipe on a ½ inch breaker bar and a ½ inch impact gun with 110 lbs. psi. with a chain wrench to hold the pulley. What could you suggest I do?
