Cherry Bomb muffler?

I need to replace the muffler on my 91 and a Cherry Bomb is the cheapest. Would it sound horrible? I know it wouldn't do anything for performance, but I'm not worried about that right now.

hey guys(or ladies ;p),
i just put dual cherry bombs on my 1982 chevy elcamino v6
let me tell you they are very loud!!
they have a nice idle sound but when you kick it down sound like open headers.
im gonna have to sell these and get something more conventional (i.e. quiet) as i am in the middle of CA and cops hate loud cars

I don't suppose you still have those Cherry Bomb Mufflers for sale? Do you? I'm looking to put them on my 1982 GMC Suburban. It's not your ordinary Suburban. It's entirely beefed up including the suspension, for offroading. If you still have them, let me know. Thank X bigdave610

As a Cherry Bomb straight pipe user for the last 9 years I can't say I have found a sound for a V8 that better suits it. Remember I said a V8 and thats the key here. They werenever designed for a 4 banger because how do you really get a nice low tone out of a 4 banger ( No offence honda drivers
