please help me

ok, everyone, I have a 91 hatchback standard 4 speed with a completely perfect body and a completely shot engine. my friend sold me his vtec-e motor(d15z1) for fifty bucks with the computer. is this an easy swap? I know it won't be fast, I just want it to run. I'm sick of looking at it sitting in the driveway broke down. any comments will be helpful. thanks everyone

Yeh its an easy swap. You have to use ur current tranny since the one ur getting is hydro. Another thing is that u have to convert ur dpfi to mpfi and also convert it from non obd to obd1. Wiring is the only hard part about this swap. Good luck man.

I don't understand what you mean by obd and obd1.
