Need help on choosing an R33.....

I have deicided to go with building an R33 for my first project. I'm looking to make it wingless, white, and very VIP-ish. I want a kit with an engine because this model will be part of a diorama.

Know if this one comes with an engine?? Drift Machine R33 by Aoshima

Or if you know of any good kits with an engine, that would very much appreciated

No R-33 kit comes with an engine; Tamiya R-32 does as well as Aoshima's HKS Kansai Skyline comes with an engine. So does Aoshima Veilside Skyline.

it's probably not too hard to shove the R32 engine from a Tamiya kit into an R33. i've seen it done with an R34.

Well if I have to buy another kit to get an engine, then I guess I will further into the summer.

Anyone have an extra RB26 they'd be willing to sell????

Or should I build an R32 before the R33???

I'd recommend the Tamiya R32 and fix the hood for casual modeling. Can be a painting practice project. Then, use use the engine parts for the R33 diorama.

If u really wanted a R33 with a motor u should just swap it from the R32, there are no R33's with motors, well that i know of. If u want to know a good kit to build is the, Fujimi Skyline R33 GT-R NismO, i am building that kit right now and almost done with it.
