Steering pump gargling and not working
Last friday, I replace the compressor from my accord, to do that I removed the steering pump and alternator.
after that I put all back togheter and now the steeing wheel is to hard to move. The steering reseivour was dropping fluid, and is gargling (like it has air inside the system). like presurized, I close the reseivour opening with my hand to close the system completely and when I removed my hand air was going out like if it was pressurized. I added fluid to the correct level, and when I turn right or left it dropped fluid again. I tried to flush the systems and adding back fluid and still the same. I don't know what else should I do. Before replacing compressor, steering was very good and everything was working fine. I don't know what happened Can some one give me some answers please.

Re: Steering pump gargling and not working
I believe Haynes manual recommends this procedure for bleeding power steering:
Turn engine on, turn steering wheel from right to left, keep adding fluid as neccessary. I hope it will work for you. Good luck, Sam
