1996 auto air level control

The rod and ball on the rear axle height sensor is worn out and keeps coming detached. GM isn't stocking the parts anymore. Does anyone know of a source for these parts or compatible parts from another year, make or model?

I'm in London Canada so Germany is a bit far for me. I'll see what I can find around here. Thanks for suggesting that source.
