1996 Ford Contour 2.0L I am having a charging problem

My Battery is not charging. So the alternator is not charging the battery.
I rebuilt the alternator with new brushes one of the old brushes was broken. Before I put it back into the car I took it to the parts store and had them test it. It passed all the test.
Put it back into the car but it still would not charge. Found that the Mega Fuse on the wiring harness was blown replaced it but it still will not charge

Where should I look at now?

do you have 12v @ alt???

Yes on the wire that conects to the MEGA FUSE and also when the key is turned on at the green wire on the three wire plug to the alternator

I am having same issue I put reman alt on today and I am getting no charge. Where is the mega fuse located

The fuse should be on the back side of the motor twards the firewall you will see the cables running to it. It has a black plastic cover around it.

Are you sure the battery is good?
