Was there ever a Prelude Convertible?
I found an old illustration of what looks like a 2nd gen Prelude with a drop-top. Just wonder where it came from...
I've seen the City Cabrio from the same era, but this was definately a 2G Lude front end - pop-up lights and all...

Nope!
Might have been a few guys with gas axes who made one, but Honda certianly never did. They did however make a very limited number of City Convertables, but most were the last of the Turbos IIs. Fun little cars, but sadly almost entirly all turned into Iron Oxide.

Honda never offered a convertible Prelude. There were many companies who would chop them and put in a ragtop, but not Honda.
