Water pump tube o-ring question.

Hey guys, I pulled the tube out of the my 3 cyl water pump when I was working on the motor. The o-ring looks like it is shot and I don't want it to leak after assembly. I assume that it is a metric size o-ring. Is there a non-metric size that I can use that will work? If not then what is the size of the metric o-ring? Are there any tricks that I could use to assure a good seal?
Thanks for your help.

Re: Water pump tube o-ring question.

I rebuilt my 91 3 cyl a couple of years ago. I ended up buying a whole GM OEM bag full just to get one. I'll send you one if you email your mailing address to [email protected] (remove the ?????)
