06 Tucson-no air from vents-console clicks

Hi,
On my 2006 Tucson, when car is running, I hear a clicking noise from the front lower console (like a motor sound) and the air stops coming out of the vents in the vehicle when the A/C is on. I do perform regular maintainance on it such as replacing the cabin fresh air filter. Any ideas on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
