1990 Olds Custom Cruiser

Hi All:
This week, it has taken me more pumps of the gas pedal in the mornings to get the engine to turn over, about 2-3 attempts. Never had this problem in the past - usually 2 pumps and it would start right up. Also, the engine is not idling fast initially as it used to, it is on a slow idle right when I start it.

Any idea what may be the problem? Starter perhaps?

Thanks!!
