outlets not working-possibly others

i have a 2001 malibu. i put in an aftermarket stereo. finding out some of my speaker wires are all screwed up and needing to rewire the rear speakers. but any way after getting it in and running i found out my cigarette lighter outlets dont work. all the fuses are not blown. how do i fix it? i also replaced the bearing and hub assembly in the front now i have a sqeek. it sounds like thin metal scratching something. the brake pads are fine. what could it be?

COuld be the dust plate on the brake rotors. You might have a bad fusible link. Look at your starter and there are fusible links there. They might have burned up.

Where are you looking for the fuse? It's under the hood, the yellow 20A
