2007 Dodge Grand Caravan Electrical problems
My wife is out of town visiting her dad...the van has been doing strange things.
1) The turn signals do not work all the time, she said one time she turned left and the signal blinked right. 2) The service park assist light cam on. 3) The windshield wipers would not turn off one time,,,,,when she restarted the van later they worked.. I have asked her to have her father to disconnect the battery and reconnect it,,,,but he hasn't done that yet............. Does this sound like a switch or a computer glitch? Or is my inferno red pearl van possessed by the devil?

Re: 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan Electrical problems
1) Probably the two bit turn signal switch in the steering column. You can take the switch apart and clean it up. Slight chance of a fault in the Body Control Module (BCM).
2) Not familiar with it 3) A one time glitch. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes persistant. Then you're looling at a switch/relay/BCM or Front Control Module (FCM).

Re: 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan Electrical problems
sounds like a switch problem but w/o a scanner to monitor the input it's hard to determine.....the switch sends a mux signal to the bcm.....
