Wires shorted out...i think.
Okay let me start off by saying this is my first post
So, i acquired a 1998 Isuzu Amigo from my father a couple weeks ago, the only thing wrong with it is it has no stereo, i can't deal with it any more. It has an aftermarket Sony deck in it that was installed and working about a year ago(last time i saw the car) but now it wont turn on. So i took off the faceplate and removed the deck, and whoever installed it didnt put and electrical tape or wire nuts over the twisted wires. So I got out my Voltage Reader and the constant has no power running through it, so i'm ASSUMING that my wires are shorted out, is there anyway i can replace this or do i have to take it to a car audio place and pay out the ass? |

Have you found the fuse box and checked the fuses?
