Need help identifying this part!!!

I have a 96 5.7 liter Tahoe and had a noise coming from a boot that looks simililar to a spark plug boot. But now this boot that I need to replace has at the end of it a pcv valve in it which I think plugs into the block. The whole harness/boot/pcv valve is about 8 inches long. What is the proper name for this harness? Advanced auto had no idea what it was. Maybe a gm # would help me for this also.

the pcv plugs into the block , the 3/8 inch fuel line / vacuum hose goes from the vacuum source to the pcv then the pcv plugs into the block....

PCV can make ticking noises...these should be replaced 20-30,ooomi...they wear out and then do not regulate crankcase vapors..

any part store will have the pcv for your vehicle,,,then just get the same hose dia should be 3/8inch by how long you need ..if 8 inches buy 12 inches cut to fit ...

what you want a GM part number or something ???? THIS IS NOT REQUIRED OR I DOUBT EVEN IN EXISTANCE WITH THIS VEHICLES AGE !

If this task is above you abilities bring to a repair shop ..this should be less than 100.00 to correct..
