Need help identifying this part!!!
I have a 96 5.7 liter Tahoe and had a noise coming from a boot that looks simililar to a spark plug boot. But now this boot that I need to replace has at the end of it a pcv valve in it which I think plugs into the block. The whole harness/boot/pcv valve is about 8 inches long. What is the proper name for this harness? Advanced auto had no idea what it was. Maybe a gm # would help me for this also.

PCV can make ticking noises...these should be replaced 20-30,ooomi...they wear out and then do not regulate crankcase vapors.. |
