2003 Silverado blower motor

Hello,
2003 Silverado and the blower motor continues to run. I remmeber changing the blower motor resistor a few years ago when the heater only worked on high. Could it have been a bad part or possibly the relay? Thanks.

with the igntion off , and the ac switch off , this is a tough one ..

It is possible that the resistor module relay shorted out on the blower feed contacts..does the blower stay on high speed ? if so this may be your problem..if you can change speeds this would require a meter and tracking down whats wrong ..
