2005 Buick century Fan problem

The cabin blower does not go on at any setting unless I hit a bump. The ac light goes on but there is no blowing. If I hit a bump it then goes on. I recently changed the blower resistor. i presume if that would be some problem it should work on the top setting. Could it be a stuck relay? Or the blower motor?

Sounds like the blower motor is bad. Usually on most vehicles you can kick the blower motor area a little and get it working. Just make sure when you get in there replacing the blower motor, that you check and make sure there is not a loose connection, but im gonna put my money on a new blower motor. Usually if the resistor is bad, it will only work in certain speeds, and if the relay goes bad, they will usually either stay on all the time or stay off all the time. Like I said, I'd buy a blower motor.
