Apart from a/c not operating and high speed miss ..do you mean heater blower not having high speed....or engine missing at high speed ? ..... what makes you think the ECM is shot? Any other symptoms ?
....If all there is is about the a/c and heater blower, do verify blower high speed relay.www.avigex.ca/xport/heaterrelay.jpg as suggested.
