Brake pedal feel

I have a 93.5 Auto...and I notice when i am slowing down, everytime the trans decides to downshift...you can feel the brake pedal move down just a little bit, like the pressure dropped a little bit. Anyone else experience this? Is this something that needs to be fixed?:sun:

i think you need to bleed your brakes or change your brake pads. your brake system might not be pressurized equally on each side. does the pedal feel like it gets harder when it moves down? or just the same pressure applied to it?

Just guessing here but how does this sound ... when you downshift, youre engine revs pick up and hence more intake manifold vacuum.

This places more vacuum on the brake booster which in turn adds more force to the master cylinder piston. Hence the pedal drops because of the extra power assist on the brakes.

Sound reasonable??
