2002 LS Clockspring and DCCV

I beleive that both my DCCV and Clockspring are bad. 1 out of 10 times right now when the wife turns on the AC the passenger side blows out hot air and on the steering wheel the horn, volume, and cruise does not work. Does this sound like I have diagnosed boh of my problems correctly? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'd say that the odds are at least 95% that you are correct on both counts.
