skyline powered 510?
is there any possible way i could cram an rb26dett into a 510 using an rb25 tranny? am i just stupid for asking or can it be done, and how much. please if u have anything to say tell me. thanks

I don't think that it could be done, because I think the RB series motors, are too long, but I could be wrong. It might actually be possible if you were to mount the radiator, and fans in front of the rad support, but then I don't know if that is possible either.

i forget which magazine i saw it in, BUT i saw a kid that had a dime with the twin turbo skyline motor in it. im not sure what tranny he had with it though. it looked killer. anyone know if its possible to get a awd tranny to fit in there?

Probably could fit in a 510......but u might have to do a LOT of fabrication. I think u have to tear the firewall and a whole lotta stuff. Would be bad ass if thats accomplished.

Although it will be very cool. It is not very practical. they 510 is too light to make use of the power the RB has to offer.

it is possible to but a rwd tranny on a rb26 with an adaptor and it will fit in the car I have seen it done
