Lotus XI

One that I made a while ago, a Profil24 kit of a classic "Chapman" design.
painted with Tamiya racing green and Alclad for the lower panels. The seats were detaled with thin wire.

Re: Lotus XI

Lovely model; thought about building this one myself but still unsure about Profil24. How was the kit?

Re: Lotus XI

Thanks for the replies. Lee the Profil kits are basic but good,I,ve built a few now and with care(typical resin kit) they reward with a fine result.

Re: Lotus XI

Excellent subject matter. Very cool looking car. The interior is very realistic, especially the seats, great job.

Re: Lotus XI

I've seen this model a number of times at shows Alex and I have done together over the years....and the pics don't do it justice. It really is a superb model.
