Red face My A/C only blows cold on drivers side

Can someone tell me why my 1995 740i only blows out cold on the drivers side and warm on the pass side? this happens when i put the a/c on, thanks.

The problem could be with the IHKA control module or steeper motors. I would dig into dashboard and fallow duct-work see what motors are controlling what duct-work doors and start from there.

Yeah more than likely one of the step motors is not working, pull the dash apart, the heater controls have about 5 step motors, they are easy to test I suggest getting manual at local automotive store and reading about them. My 735Il does same thing, but will blow hot air for a minute and cold air out the other side. I have a bad step motor but have not replaced it yet. You can buy them after market on the web pretty easily about $20

Could also be the mixing flaps, they are know to break and/or get stuck in one position.
