A/C pressure fluctuating

I have a 2005 spectra sx and i checked the pressure on the ac compressor and the gauge keeps fluctuating between 60 to 70 psi. The outside temp is about 95 degrees around here but i never seen a car doing this. Is this normal to kias or is my compressor bad. Air is cool but not cold.

Need high and low pressures and at what engine speed. Generally the low side should be 30ish and the high side between 175 and 250 at idle to 1500 rpm.
