help passing emissions!

i have an acura integra ls 1995(i\h\e) which i plan on turbocharging very shortly(revhard stage II). I know for a fact that my car will not pass emissions once i get my turbo, so my question to you all is; how can i get my car to pass once i get my turbo??? I know its posssible , but im new to this and neeed helpp! thx..

know anyone who knows anyone that works at a shop that can do it? to get it done for real, might not be possible. i had a hard time last year and all i had was an intake. ive got a hookup, so all i have to do is give the guy a little pocket money and he'll pass it for me.

would it be possible to pass if u stuffed the exhaust with some type of matrial so that it would hold out just long enought to pass emissions test??

I'd think they'd notice that..."HEY , WHATs THIS CRAP YOU GOT STUFFED IN YOUR MUFFLER???"

On a serious note , set your car for 2 different levels of tune....to run with and without the turbo ...And when you go for emissions just wire the wastegate open so that you make no boost

that sounds like a good idea....i will have to have my mechanic set it to that because i will have no idea what the hell i am doing with that
