ac prob

Hey all OK sit down, i got a car at the shop fella put in a ac comp, dryer, and only pressure switch on high side, orfice tube. no power at comp. I checked all fuses there good, jumped relay comp clutch kicked on. pressure switch has three wires blk grey red. tryed to jump all and got nothing grey has 5v im guessing from ecm. red has 1 or 2v sometimes. ground is good. oil in comp is good charged to 1.88 just as it says. manual switches on dash work fine cant get power to comp any ideas? 97 chev lumina ls 3.1

Have you used a scan tool to see if the PCM is getting the a/c request from the hvac control head?

Have you checked the compressor relay? should be power on both the pink wires. The dark green/white should be grounded by the PCM when it receives the a/c request.

yea grounded relay got comp clutch to kick on. no scanner sold it 3 years ago im lookin to by one maybe snap on solus model eesc316 think thats what its called good one to buy enough scanner to work on problems like this???? let me know thanks.
