Something tells me you like the GT "VERY MUCH"

Keep your fingers crossed, as McLaren maybe displaying their longtail GT at this years Goodwood FOS. If so, there will be plenty more pics to add to your collection .

I see you have my Silverstone pics in your collection, that was the last time I saw it, back in 97 .

Hiya I read with interest about the Mclaren F1 GT brochure and the pics above.
About 14 year ago with the introduction of the F1 GT I worked as a designer and Mclaren approached the business to produce the green brochure in the pics, I along with one other designer were tasked with the job. So happy were the firms directors regards the final product that we were both presented three copies. I sold one on ebay about a year ago but still have two remaining and actually was considering to sell another, so ...no promises but keep an eye out on Ebay near the end of the month and I may offer another. Beware it went for a terrifying price, but is a very lovely brochure for a beautiful car.
I'll make sure I put lots of pics on for you all.

Hiya, yes hmmmm from memory I think it was a 500 run, (I am still in touch with the printer who did the final run, I'll nudge him and double check... (it was some years back) It was certainly a very very small run for the size and standard of printer that was used, but I assume McLaren wanted only the best, the printer was then a £1000,000 state of the art item (our design work was completed on early Apple MAC and the print was on a SRA1 heidelberg press , the brochures being strictly intended for F1 GT perspective owners, McLaren steering group and select staff members.

I assumed it was a rather small print run as they don't come around all that often. I am fortunate to have one in my collection and it is definitely a nice piece.

Hiya, no problem what so ever, If you have anything else just ask regards the creation of this brochure, one thing I do recall is everything was so hugely guarded by McLaren staff in their suits, they were never far from any of us during the whole reprographic process, especially when they came off the press and were within the finishing department, this I assume was clearly to protect any copies going missing or then any early release of the images I suppose. Hold on tightly to your copy, it was the most protected and guarded project I recall.
