1995 Dodge van 2500, ingnition problem. Help.
I have a 1995 dodge van 2500 with an electrical proble, when I insert the key and turn it, the fuel pump relay does not click or come on. There is no voltage at the fuel pump relay. I have to wait at least 30 minutes with the ingnition switch on, then the relay stars clicking repeately, after a few minutes the relay stays still and there is steady voltage at the relay. After that I can turn the van on. I already replaced the relay and the ignition switch. What could be wrong?

I've seen this before, the problem is a bad computer (PCM). Usually if you first warm up the computer with a hairdryer, the engine will start almost immediately. That's the easiest way to verify that it's the computer.

Your problem is still the PCM. It just would've been nice to be able to verify it for your own piece of mind.
